Balto (the McCain comes from the NYPD cop name, John McCain) stars in this heart pounding action thriller where Balto takes on a pack of terrorists. This is slightly editied, I erased the Yippie Kay Aye Mo...F... portion. McCain says that line at the end of all 3 movies when he has beaten the terrorists.
