Thank you, Cat!
(I'd forgotten you changed her a bit physically so that's why she has her floofy body type but her newest color scheme P: I also realized too late that she's like in the same pose you used for her style comparison so that's a double face-desk for meee )
I've been on Balto Source for... six years, about? I was 11-ish then (17 now), and my drawings were... ah... Well, they sucked. But I always admired Catwhohas14tails' work. I'd draw every day imagining my little notebook paper and crayola marker doodles could get to be as good and popular as hers. Obsessed? Maybe. Is that creepy? Probably. Cat was a sort of a role model to me when it came to art and creativity. Her characters to this day are fresh, unique, and bursting with personality. When she held adoptions for some of her unused characters, I sent in applications for a good load of them (none of which I got, but my profiles sucked then, too P: ). When she and Draco held a design contest for Hinto, I scrambled to make something, hopeful she'd think it was good. I followed her fics and wow I'm starting to sound super creepy now.
I guess the point is, Cat gave me a drive to improve myself. I started drawing off and on, getting discouraged and then trying again. I still have a buttload to learn, but I'm now honestly proud and satisfied with how far I've come. So, thank you Cat! I don't think we've ever talked once, but you're still an inspiration to me.
