new character i'm still working on. his name is Fen and his..well crazy. his human is a scientist and from a puppy, Fen has caught on to the experimenting techniques and has even tried some on his own (though it didn't end well). the younger dogs in town see him as just a crazy old man and often avoid him, but he doesn't mind he enjoys talking to himself.
