I am writing a book about wolves and want to name one of the caracters Aleu, is the name copyrighted?
Aleu is such a beautiful name I love the balto movies!

the Aleu character has been copyrighted by Universal. Not
the name alone, but then your character must be different
from Aleu from Balto 2, otherwise they could sue you. (even
though I think they wouldn't unless you would sell your book
and it would become popular)
