More and more people like to say "The sequels were horrible". It seems like expressing hate to the sequels has become a trend.
No offense to the B4 fan project team, but : as much good the fan project can be, it will never be up to the standard of a 4 millions dollars film. (...except for the soundtrack maybe ) Also remember that they can only make a trailer of a few minutes, not a whole film.

I see people saying "wow, great, incredible" etc to the B4 fan project, to the fanarts, the fanfics,... but at the same time everyone seems to be disgusted about the idea of an official Balto 4. To me, it isn't what I call being objective, and not fair to the team behind the sequels.

Why do you keep doing this?

I actually think that forgeting Steele and the others was a fantastic idea. Steele was a fantastic character, but you can't produce a good sequel using always the same personalities. Many other films sequels have just the same plot of the first ones, this is the reason they are usually horrible. I'm happy they didn't the same thing with Balto.

I also loved The sequels. Considering what They had to work with(Budget-Wise) I think They did a good job

Yea, They were not the "best of the best" sequels. I thought B#2 was alright though, But B#3 was horrible! It was a little bit too childish in my opinion. What ever happend to Steele,Star,Kaltag and everybody else? They shouldn't have did away with them like they did.

I want to underline I liked the sequels very much, it's not my opinion. But reading what the others have written, lots of people didn't like the animation, the story, some characters (Stella is the most visible example) and so they say "Why should I want a new sequel? In order to see my favourite story be worked out an other time in a way I don't like? And I'd agree, if I didn't like the sequels. But I did.

i liked the films, i was kinda upset that steele or star and the others didnt make an apearence. but i dont "hate" them.

So what did you expect, then? This is exactly what I mean : you say "they are horrible", but you don't give ANY argument for this. Yes, I know the animation in WQ isn't good at all, and that it was still lacking in the third, but still : you don't seem to give any good reason for despising them. A film isn't just the animation.

I think the answer is: The sequels weren't what people expected --> They are horrible. And since the unufficial trailer is made by Balto fans, it should respect more the other Balto fans' feeling.
