I don't think this person is asking about that, Mighty. I think he/she is asking about where to purchase the movies, as they have been trying to find them for that reason. Don't be so hasty to presume that someone is looking for free pirated versions online just because they happen to ask about where to find a movie.

You can still purchase the movies directly through Universal Studios (via their DVD/BluRay page). Here is the menu for the animated movies (where you can find Balto and Balto II: Wolf Quest at the top of the page for titles starting with "B"): http://www.nbcuniversalstore.c [...] versal-studios_animation&bin=b . Balto III: Wings of Change seems to not come up on a search of the site, but you have an option to contact them about it (at the bottom of the window) if you want to.

You can also still find new and used copies on Amazon.com's various sites by going through IMDB.com (click the Amazon.com link for your own country or immediate area): http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0423849/sales . It's also available here (a U.S. site): http://www.cduniverse.com/sear [...] lto+III%3A+Wings+Of+Change.htm .

Also, please note my post here on the Animation Source forum: http://www.animationsource.org [...] f=1&t=26258&p=1056530#p1056530 .

The Internet is really the only way to find the movies nowadays. You could check out Blockbuster or maybe a book store with a video section; I got my Balto II DVD at a Toys R Us store. You've just got to look around, and maybe you'll get lucky. Also, I think Wal-Mart still sells Balto III, though you have to know where to look.
