I've been writing many Balto fanfics since I started here but the message I got said that I hadn't. I went to manage my drawings but that didn't help. I sent a letter to the webmaster here but no response. Now I can't write my stories! What should I do now?!

You don't go to manage your drawings to get to your fanfictions, unless that was a typo on your part. Its a completely different section. Go through the process as if you were sending a fanfic, but instead go to the manage your stories to feature the official characters so you can send in more. Steet has since added the option and thats why you're being blocked.
