Question :

Moon Whisper

Was Kiona the first character on Balto Sorce?

Best answer :

jerseycaptain

No. The official characters of the three movies were. Why does it matter where, in the order of things, a member's fan-creation appears? How does that change it's status or standing?

Kiona is what she is. A fan-based creation by a member of this site (who was not the first member of the site). And nothing bad is implied in what I said. It simply is a fact.
