I didn`t even know that catwhohas14tail`s had a character named Iron until I made my own char named Iron. Will I be people be saying that I stole Iron incluing catwhohas14tails?

As long as your character isn't a copy or replica of Cat's character, you should be fine. Names can't be copyrighted - there are probably plenty of characters named Iron out there =)

In my opinion, it should be fine. I have a character Clara, (and that's actually my real name) but other people have Clara. It should be fine.

Well, maby you should check to make sure that cat doesn't have a character with the name that you want, but I doubt that you would get in trouble for just a name.
