Ok so when I record music I use A mic. But when I play it Back it has a Buzz-I need to know of a goodfree software for editing and mixing music. By mixing I mean Being able to take two recorded tracks and ComBine them

What kind of mic do you use? That buzz could be either extra static due to the type of microphone or wind blowing past. Most likely the first one though. Try decreasing the recording power of the mic.

As for program I use Audacity. Not sure if it's any better than what you have but it's free
