Incidentally, the Togo mount is now on display at the Iditarod Trail Headquarters in Wasilla, Alaska. You may find information on that in the link which MightyBalto provided below.

Fritz's mount is on display at the Carrie M. McLain Museum in Nome, Alaska. You can also find that information in the link provided.

Actually, to explain MightyBalto's post further, Togo was mounted after death, but not in Wasilla. He was mounted by the staff of the Peabody Museum of Natural History, of Yale University. But the taxidermy mounting is not a "reward" or salutation for their efforts. So I will answer that...

Togo did receive a medal for his leadership of Leonhard Seppala's serum run team. When Leonhard Seppala took his team, as well as around twenty or so other dogs, a couple of sleds and equipment, and his assistant Theodore Kingeak (an Eskimo) with him on a tour of the U.S. in 1926, with the intent of drawing Balto a bit out of the limelight he was being given, and bringing attention back to Togo and his team.

The medal was given after a ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City. It was given by the legendary Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen (an acquaintance of Seppala's). The "Garden" (the third building called "Madison Square Garden") was built, owned and managed by former Nome citizen Tex Rickard, who was prominent in Nome during the gold rush as a saloon owner.

Togo, of course, had a previous history as a racing legend. He led Leonhard Seppala's racing team to victory at least twice during the All-Alaska Sweepstakes dogsled race...as well as other lesser-known races.

Fox and the others, however, were largely forgotten, never really given any awards or salutations.

Sadly, Fox never got any memorials nor was he mounted. Togo on the other hand was. He was mounted in wasilla, AK . His skeleton was also kept. Togo has two statues. One in Seward park, NYC. The second one is in Cleveland metro park zoo.
The only other dog that was mounted was, Fritz. His mount is also in, Alaska. Nome to be exact.
