Can you put Flash files on the forums? When you post, there's something below that say [image] on, [url] on, etc, and it says [flash] off. Is there a way to turn it on? Also, can we send flash animation to the site in fanart or something. A lot of my animations are in flash format when I use my good animation program, the other "sendables" aren't very good. Please answer!

Using Flash is not very common, I guess I could add support for it. But I don't like Flash too much, as well as the security threats it may cause.
But, you can send me your creations by email and I'll see if it will be worth adding support for it or not.

Your best bet...Would be to animate things on ImageReady (an animation
program) or some other animation program...And save it as a ".GIF". I've sent animations to my fanart gallery before...And the files were saved as ".GIF". I'm not sure if that's possible in Flash, considering I don't use it. |
AutumnTornado--I don't have ImageReady. I don't have Flash either, I have ToonBoom studio, I just save as a flash format. And it's imposssible to save it as a GIF on ToonBoom, I've tried.
Steet-- It causes somekind of security threat? I didn't know that. But I could still send you some of my work, because if Flash file was supported I could put much better animations up that the 3 I have now.
But thanks for the info everyone.
