I was just wondering. I was thinking of starting my own website, but if anyone knows what they used to create Balto Source or any other good free website creators that would be nice.(Perferably not just Forum creators)

As the story goes, steet (the webmaster) coded this site himself, from scratch, using HTML (and probably other language). There was no website maker used. And it is unlikely you will be able to design much even using one of those, unless you pay for their premium or higher service levels. Nothing good comes free.

Steet coded the website using HTML and PHP (And probably Javascript here and there), and using timduru.org as a host, via FTP. As said previously, Free services could not offer such "brilliance", should I say.
