Ok, so I go to the forums and click on "view my posts", and suddenly almost all the topics listed are locked, and no moderator post at the ends explained why. How come all theses topics suddenly got locked?

That's not even what the forum said. Look, there are five flaws with this:

1. The mods are too smart with computers to let this just 'sneak' up on them.

2. Steet has said nothing about this.

3. There is nothing on the main page about this.

4. All topics past page 2 are unlocked.

5. Its April Fools Day, with what's happened in the past, do you honestly think we can trust the mods on April Fools Day? They pull a prank every April Fools Day.

It was a hoax, they've admitted now and since the prank is over, I can tell you. I pulled a prank of my own to get even with the mods once I was pretty certain it was a prank. I threatened to leave the site if it turned out to be a prank, which was MY prank. One of the mods cracked and told me in PM but made me promise not to tell. Now that the prank is over, I think I can tell.

I'm glad you agree. I'm fine with them playing pranks on April Fools Day, that's kinda the point of the holiday, but can they please keep it to the fan news? After this, how do they expect us to ever believe them on April Fools Day again? Even if its for real.
