First, open your Windows Movie Maker. You should then see a bar at the very top that says "Tools". Click on it, then click on "Narrate Timeline".
Once you're ready to speak, click on "Start Narration" and speak in the microphone. When you're done, click on "Stop Narration" and save it! ;D
Hope this helped!

Just a little note for you since this question has already been
answered: If you already made your animation, you should practice voicing to match the animation as best as possible. Once you got it so you can voice your animation to your liking, record it exactly the same as you did whith the practice, that way nothing will be off. If you can play your animation and record at the same time that would make things easier. If not, you could always use time. For example: If you have a talking wolf animation as shown: 0-5 seconds it's just standing there, then it talks 6-10 seconds and the rest is credits or something. The animator will set a timer as they rocord their voice. When the timer hits 6 seconds, they will talk then stop and 10 seconds to make it match up with the animation. You can also record and animate off of that. It would be a bit more difficult, though. |
