Does your email account HAVE to work in order to send and recieve PMs?

Because my email account is disfunctional--in other words, i cannot send emails, or recieve them.

No. What your looking at is Notifications, if you have an e-mail address; then when people send PM's you have the choise to be notified, the same with bookmarking.

Although, it's recomended you have a working e-mail address - Just incase.

Just adding to what Conay said, but it's highly recommended that you have a working e-mail address because if you ever forget the password to your account, you'll have no way to get it otherwise.

No,you can have a disfunctional E-mail address,send out PM's,I have a disfunctional E-mail address,I send out PM's sometimes,and can receive them. Hope this helps you --Foxy Aleu
