how do you make a choice when you make a game book you know... the blue letters i really what to make game book but i need to know how to do it before i make a good game book

You mean an action? To create an action, you must first create a page in the gamebook. Once you've created the page and saved it, the process will automatically take you to create actions for that page. You can add more than one action, and edit the action(s) and/or the page at any time by clicking on the gamebook to edit it. That is if you use the direct online process that is recommended.
