I would really like a avatar, but it keeps saying my pics to big. I don't know how to change the size. My pics on paint by the way, i told you this just in case that effects it.

I don't have any fancy GIMP or Photoshop or anything like that either, so I had trouble figuring this out, too. It's really easy: 1. Open up the pic on paint that you want for your avvie. 2. click on "Image" between "Veiw" and "Colors" above the image. Click on "Stretch/Skew..." then a thingy (dialogue box) will pop up. 3. Backspace the "100" next to "Horizontal" and type in a number (let's say, 20) then backspace the 100 next to "Vertical" and type in the same number (This way the format of the picture will remain the same, but the size will change.) If it's still too big, resize it again using the same steps. Just play around and eventually you'll get it right. I really hope this helps!
