Alpha-Wolf

Ok, so I've been on the fan-art galleries and I've visited a few of them and most of them have the copywrite (c) symbol on them....... I'd like to know how to copywrite mine. (in other words, is it necessary, is it required, how do you do it, what do you have to do in order to copywrite art?) I just want to know what is up with copywriting art stuff.

You don't necessarilly have to copyright all of your art unless it's
someone elses. (Note: if you do use someone elses art, be sure to get
permission from them first.) You don't have to fill out any forms or
get permission from the government or anything like that, if that's
what you're asking. There is no formal process to copyrighting arts
and such here, just add the symbol: (c) if you don't want other
members to use your stuff without giving them your permission.
