Question :
Medic
I'm thinking of becoming a webranker, and I want to know exactly what they do before I make a complete idiot of myself. I know they advertise the site, but how, making videos on youtube, or linking to others sites, what?

No, you don't make a Youtube video, how many questions have been
solved on this topic. Please actually look in the answered questions
section BEFORE you make this type of question.
Anyway,
when you become a webranker, you get your own private section on the
forum, and a little part on the Moderator panel (No Banning or such).
What you do is go on other Balto/TLK sites, get the
webmasters e-mail address, and send them an e-mail (Details on what
you need to send are in the forum section), using an e-mail client on
the Moderator panel (Under steet's e-mail).
REMEMBER:
Webrankers are NOT Moderators, all moderator panel access is limited
just to "Your tasks".
