I've notest, there seems to be something wrong with the questions.(Its been this way forawhile now.)  Under recent questions, I've notest there are questions that have have recived best awnser,  but the comment box is still there, when it should be in closed questions section.  Is this some sort of bug?

It's not a bug, a question can receive a best answer, but that doesn't
mean it is closed : these are two separate things. For example,
someone may have given a good answer, but that doesn't mean the
question has been fully answered or that it is solved.
