Okay. I really did a bad job with the question.
Alright, I took
a picure with my camera for the back round, then I transfered my pic
to the computer. Then I drew my characters on the picture. So would
that go in art or image?

If the
background is being drawn over, like a real life wolf is being drawn
over, it would be considered a render. All renders go in Fan Images.
Even colored over linearts that were created by other members, and
have copyright.

And so for this question, like everyone
