section, but it's mostly for fanart/images mods since art is part of

Well, I see offering as aking to be a mod. There are many requirments
needed to be on the staff or a mod. You need to be trusted by Steet.
Such as being helpfull plays a big role.

You don't need an answer from steet on this. (Atleast, I don't believe
you do.)

Steet chooses mods by how he does with any other
mod. You have to be at a certain level in order for him to choose you.
This isn't like being able to just become a Webranker. (AKA you can't
go on the Forum and ask permission to become one. Plus Webrankers
aren't mods.)
