Where can i get clips that work with windows movie maker?, either Lion King or Balto.

jerseycaptain

Most people have the clips they do because they purchased a DVD
"ripper" program. One of these, like "Magic DVD Ripper" (as well as
others) enable you to make file copies of movies, broken down into
smaller elements, in various formats.

No one makes these
clips available as freebies on their sites. You'll need a ripper
program to do it. An internet search should provide some results.

Torrenting the movie would only be illegal if you don't have a copy of the movie purchased already. So you're going to need to buy a copy of the movie either way.

oh, video clips. Sorry didn't notice.

Just "buying the movie" isn't enough, white husky. You can't just pick clips off of a DVD.

Well, the only legal way to do this is, to buy the movie. Cause if you download them from torrent sites, that is illegal.
