I have noticed a member who has put his/her email in their username. I was just wondering if that was allowed, even though it isn't provocative or obscene?

Yes it's perfectly ok. Unless you don't want people e-mailing you all
the time.

I've noticed that user too, and there aren't any rules against it so
it's ok.
