Once i got on to Balto Source and tried to create an account but it sent me to the banned box. How come it did this?

You probably shared an IP address that was banned. Maybe you use an
AOL connection?
Otherwise, I'm not sure. Tell me if it happens
again.

Possibly a glitch, but highly not. probly, because, you probly had an account before this one, and deleted it when you got banned, thinking that, If I make a new one, I won't be banned. It won't work that way. The IP address is still banned, and if you make another account, it will still be banned.
