i really really want to know how steet made this site what things did he use did he use free webs? please tell me i want to make one with the same abilites

Any text editor is enough for making a site.
I made the site
using php/mySQL (which generates the HTML pages), which requires some
programming skills but is still accessible to anyone if you truly want
it.

Make some searches, for example :

Back in 2004, Steet started creating Balto source, in a language known as, HTML. Html, is language that, browsers understand. In of what pogram steet used, I don't know. possibly notepad. I think there is some Java script involed aswell. (as I know, steet dislikes.) This site is NOT, hosted on freewebs. Timduru, a friend of Steet, allowed him to host Baltosource on his site, for free. Steet still pays him. If you want to make a donation, there is a place to do that, here.

I believe i asked this question a long time ago and got that steet uses HTML codes to make these kinds of sites. HTML codes can be pretty difficult to master and use but it is possible.

No, this is not Freewebs. Either he used a script and webpage to make it, or it's hosted by another website, which I think it is. Not entirely sure. Though making a site like this would be pretty difficult.
