How do you make an image MS Paint friendly?

Spirit the cat

Best way to make an image ms paint freindly is to use MS paint when
making the drawing XD If the image you have is not MS Paint freindly
you could use photoshop or some other art program and draw over the
image in a new layer with a pencil brush to make it pixelated like
paint. If that doesnt work, i can fix it for you if you wish

As spirit said,"is to use MS paint when making the drawing" Another way is, save them as, Png. Note: that doesn't all ways work.
