I've got some new Balto pictures I want to send to the site. Now, the problem is, is that I don't know if it would be allowed to have like a falling snow thing on it, that moves. Something like an animation. Would that be accepted?

Fanarts are only accepted when you draw everything YOURSELF. If you
take some screenshots of the films and draw onto them, you can't send
them as fanarts but you can send them in fan images.

Yes, of course you can, as long as its your own, like what Draco and Steet said.

And they're allowed in Balto screenshots from here, right?

Animations are allowed in fanart, just be sure the actual art is your own ;] Be sure to save it as .gif format or it won't be animated.
