Blackearth_BIOSHOCK

Does anyone know of any comic-making programs? I see a lot of people on Balto Source who make comics, and some other sites (BBA) that are awsome at making comics. I've had an idea for a comic for a long time, but I can't make good comics...well, all the boxes and backgrounds, characters, I can draw, but if somebody knows of any comic programs, please tell me.

I would use Photoshop for Comic designs.. If you dont have photoshop you could always try a free download or such to try it out. You could also use PhotoFliter, or Paint Shop Pro OR you could just make a pencil paper comic :D
