For some reason, I can't add anymore members to my friends list. What's going on? Is there a limit or something?

That's to avoid some people from asking every member on the site to
get on their list, and also because there's no point in adding too
many people : it's there for giving a summary of what they're doing on
the site (although I haven't finished it yet)
But I will
increase the limit to 40. Seems reasonable enough.

I also added a warning message, so that people won't be surprised about this.

Yes, there is a limit of 25 friends per list, so you can't have more than 25 people on the list.
