No, I don't need to report anyone I talk to in PMs, but what if I came across someone who is asking for information or something that I'm not sopposed to say, how would I report it? I'm jusr wondering for maybe future protection.

Make sure you keep the PM and the PM before that one for proof that you wernt affecting this person, and copy/paste it into a PM to a mod telling them what the problem is, and that you have the proof it happened.
