Problem solved

Question 1:If your topic is locked by a moderator, it may have been
closed for sevral reasons such as 1. There already is a similar topic
2. If the topic contains bad or usless content 3. If flames wars are
breaking out in it or 4. If it is old and soved.

Question
2: When you log into the fourms you will see some options below the
'Animation source' header. Click on the middle one, User Control
Panel. On the left of the screen you will see an options box. Click on
Profile. Yoy should now see another box, click on Edt Avatar. From
there you can upolad an avatar, making sure of course it is the right
size and file.

Question 3: Your rank depends on the
amount of posts you have posted on the fourms. It's really just for
fun, it's nothing really important of serious.

First off all, maybe your topic was locked because there was already
one of the same topic. I'm not sure since I don't know where the topic
is.

Second, you get an avatar on the forums by clickng
'User Control Pannel' and then click 'Profile' and then click 'avatar'
and find an acatar in your folder.

Third, you get other
ranks by making more posts. The highest ranking is 'Balto Source Fan'.
You need 2,000 posts to get that.
