People said that use can use line art on GIMP. However, I can't find a line art option! Does GIMP even have line art on there? I really want to make line art!

Okay, you must be really confused with GIMP. Get a blank canvas and
upload it onto GIMP, then just use the pencil/paintbrush tool to draw.
There is no 'line art option.'
