I think the best way is to use the new "contest" section on the site
Other members can put the contest in their favorites, send files
and add comments directly to it.

Umm..? You post the topic in the "Contest" board (Balto Source forums
> Fan art > Contests). The people who will want to enter will reply.
You can view the topic again to see who entered. To 'keep in touch',
you can PM that person.
