Bloody Battle

I've got a couple questions.

1. How many characters are we allowed to have and create?

2.Can we have characters that look similar to other members' characters but have a completely different personality?

Musicwolf

1 : As many as you want. There's no limit, but I wouldn't
create too many, you may lose track of all of them.

2 : Yes, but make sure there are differences, even
tiny ones. Remember to be as creative as possible when
making a character, don't rely on other character's designs.
