can you draw a picture that has  the word balto source without balto characters

No, in fact there's no rule that says that you can't draw a
picture without characters. In fact, I would enjoy seeing
arctic backgrounds, for example - but it seems creativity
isn't the best point for most visitors...
I don't
really see the point, but yes, you could add a picture with
only words in it, as long as it stays related to the site.

Well... you can draw a pic WTIHOUT Balto characters. But it
has to be wolf or dog related.
