In the first movie he was brown and tan. In the second he was dark brown and tan. In the third he was almost grey and tan. Why did the animators change him so much?

or maybe he is getting old in the first movie he was yong in the second it must of been years .he actually had a pups

Think the 1 one is older, colors are lighter and dull, the 2&3 one were made in 2000, the computers and the colors darker and more vivid.

, just like the other question, the animators were different. Balto 1 had its own set of (fairly good) animators, but in WQ and WOC they were completely different people. That's why he looks different.

I just always thought it was forgetful animators. I guess the only way to know for sure is ask the animators themselves! ::
