I want to create a website, but all the 'free website makers' require email, and I don't have one. Do you know a free website creater with no email required, or can you make  a website on Photoshop or Photofiltre? If so, how?

Actually...there are some sites that say to enter your email
adress but it's not needed. I suggest faking it, although
that could cause trouble. If you really want to, you can use
a trusted friend's email adress. Other than that, I have'nt
ever come across a site that does'nt require an email
adress.

Simply make your own e-mail adress, it's very easy, safe and especially useful. In internet you can't do almost anything if you don't have a valid e-mail adress. And for your question: if you're talking about making a website, the best free program is NVU: http://nvudev.com/index.php

I don't know...I know my mom's email adress, but I don't really want to tell her....she may not approve, and she's not crazy (nor critisizic) about Balto.
