Fan Fic not arriving on site

I'm trying not to sound impatient, but my fan fic has not arrived on the site yet, after I've sent it for the third time. I asked Brown Wolf if I could send it as a long preview, since it wasn't finished. I tried that and the only way I was able to make any option close to sending it was declaring that it wasn't finished. Then I sent it again, telling me that it has been sent. It wasn't there the next day. I expected it to arrive the next day because when I sent it the very first time, when I first made a profile on this site, Brown Wolf told me the very next day about it. But I have seen other members on this site send unfinished stories. I don't know If it's just not here yet or if I have to wait until it's finished. But I doubt it's just not here yet, because if that was the problem then it would have been here by now the last time I sent it. Please forgive me if I sound stubborn and impatient!

I'm not sure about the reason, but Brown wolf deactivated
the fanfic. This means that you should have received a
private message telling you why, and that you should have
REPLIED to this PM to tell when the problem has been
corrected, so that he could reactivate it. I think the
reason was because it's not finished (you wrote "Chapter
17", and no text...so I suppose you wanted to continue it?)
Unfinished fanfics shouldn't be accepted, although the mods
often let them pass through.
