I've moved, but my IP stayed the same. I don't know what the problem is, but when I went to the IP site (the tracer) it showed my old IP. I've had computer problems, but I'm not sure why this is caused..

No it won't, it depends on the connection so it should change. But maybe you kept the same ISP and they provided you with the same address, it's possible. Although, why is it a problem?

Well is it the same computer your using? If so Then thats why. The computer IP will stay the same.
