PM stands for Private Message. It's when you send someone a
message, and only that person can read it. If you want to PM
someone, then you can go to their profile. At the bottom it
has an option to PM that person. Click it, and write your
message. Or you can just go to the option above, that says
"Private messages", under "Welcome ~Balto-Girl~!". Then
you'll see an option that allows you to send a PM. In the
text box, you type in the member's username and then you write your
message. If you get a new PM, it will tell you where
"Welcome ~Balto-Girl~!" is supposed to be.
