I have photo filter and i wondered if you can make pictures transperant on it, you know like you can see one picture through another. Can you do this on photo filter? if so how?

it is so i can make some fan images

Well, to make the backgrounds of the images transparent, use
Tibb_wolf's tutorial located here - http://baltosource.timduru.org/board/viewtopic.php?t14803. Both are very simple to do.
