I have been seeing alot of Dakotas and they are all the same. What I want to know, is Who is the first person that created him?

Cat was the first one to make a fanmade character named
Dakota but gradually after that people began to think that
"Dakota" was the offical name of the unnamed red Aleu twin
in Balto II, so that's why there's so many of them.

Catwhohas14tail's paired up with someone and they both created Dakota.You can use the name Dakota as your own too as long as they don't act the same and look the same (since name's aren't copyright I hear from other people)

Cat has a character named Dakota, I have a character named Dakota you can have a character named Dakota, it doesn't matter if he looks the same.
