Photoshop yes, Paintshop I am not sure. With photoshop you
can just go to google and search up some brushes but it may
be better if your specific with which type of photoshop you
have. once you found the brush set you want download it. I
normally save the new brush file into where i keep my other
brushes in my 'Adobe' file. once that is saved when you open
photoshop, select you brush tool, bring down the brush
preset picker, then at the right hand top of the preset
picker box you should see a little arrow pointing right.
click that arrow and click 'Load brushes' select your saved
brushes and There ya go :DD
