I've been digging around on how I can get clips from my VHS of Balto onto this computer, and now I ask you - what do I need and how do I get the movie on here? It's a fair distance from the computer to the TV so I really can't have long cables running from the computer to the TV for an hour - although I have my sister's laptop I could use to transfer the clips. It's a PAL VHS if that helps at all.

I've never done it but I think you need the movie and then use windows movie maker. But I don't know how to get it onto the comp. |

I don't think that you can do it with a VHS. I think you need a DVD instead. Hope that helps. |

It's possible if you have a TV card in your computer (or any capturing card) But you'd better get the DVD instead, it's more simple and you would get much better quality... |

I don't think you can. You'll probably have to do research, or, you can always ask a person if you can borrow some clips. If you ever need any, I have all the Balto movies on my computer. If you do have the DVDs, go to http://www.magicdvdripper.com/ and use the ripper. I hope this helps. |
But if someone else you know has the 3 movies on DVD then
you could do what yupik said. That'd be the best
possibility.
