Ok so someone *won't tell by name* once told me that Im a theif because my character has a simillar name to his...I never saw his gallery...Is this stealing?

MayaHuskee

No, thats not stealing. Its a name - free to use by everyone
unless its been copyrighted. A lot of names really aren't
original, and you can simply find them by looking online. XP
A name is a name, it wont kill anyone if you use it. ;P

That's not stesling because that you didn't know that the artist had a character like yours and does the your character look like his character and does the character have the same name no so it's not really stealing but you need to keep a eye on the gallerys for characters and make sure your not sealing.
