no. they are not the same. steele was pure huskey, any he hated
everything to do with wolves. niju also has alot of a thicker face
than steele.

In the 1st Balto movie Steele hated Balto. And in the movie
one of the characters said he was pure husky. Niju is
definately all wolf. So Steele and Niju are not related.

Nope. Two completely different and unrelated characters there. The only
similarity at all is that they are both used as
villains...foils for Balto and the other "protagonists" (as
is said in literary circles). The stories may well be fictional, but they are not fantasies. Not even Balto 2: Wolf Quest qualifies as a fantasy, despite the use of Native American magic and mysticism...which, to some people even today, is still a sacred and real concept.

No way. Steele doesn't have the features if he were part
wolf like Balto. Besides, he'd probably be shunned if he was
half and half because the people would've noticed. Besides,
if they were brothers, the movie would've said somethin' but
even so, they don't look alike in color. They sort of have
the same markin's but that's not enough sayin' that they're
brothers or that Steele's part wolf or that he somehow made
himself Niju.
Besides Steele joinin' the wolves like
Niju if he made himself Niju?! He hates wolves and wolfdogs
alike so that would be impossible...
