Since I'm barely able to work on my fic because of school work, am I able to send in a part of the fic that I already have written, and send the other half later on?

Yes. If you have noticed other people... they write a
paragraph and send it in as a 'part'.

But
yeah. If you write a moderate amount, and send it in, you
can send it in as Part One of the Story. And then send the
Second part later.

A good example might be
my 'A Wolf's Tail' Story.

It would be better not doing it...It means more work for the mods. Well less now, that they don't have to convert doc files anymore. But still, it may confuse the readers.

The story I'm talking about is so far a good four chapters long; believe me, so far it's extensive even when it's incomplete.

Good, 3DGWolf. That is what the fan art mods enjoy. To see a story that is more than a paragraph. I would send it in.
