Currently (January 12) there is 344 signatures, and we are
aiming for 2,000. So, don't rush it. It was barely begun not
long ago, okay?

And the best way to get it
moving is to tell others about it, on IM, or by e-mail, or
talking on the phone or such!

So as of now, No
it has not been sent in. And getting a reply depends on when
they get it, if they read it, and if they feel they need to
take the time to reply. Such as the last petition for a
Balto Four. We *DID* get a reply to that one, and the answer
was 'No' due to the lack of sales for Balto Three.

So, thus your answer.

The petition is still ongoing...2006 is barely over.
